Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Absolio collects, why it is collected, and how email recipient data is handled when using the service.

Last updated: March 20, 2026

Information We Collect

Absolio collects sender account information, recipient email addresses, message metadata, delivery events, unsubscribe status, and limited operational logs needed to provide an email sending platform.

We may also collect basic website usage information, such as browser type and page activity, to improve performance, reliability, and security.

How Recipient Email Addresses Are Used

Recipient email addresses uploaded or submitted through Absolio are used only to process, send, track, and manage email delivery requested by the customer.

Recipient addresses are not sold, rented, or reused for separate marketing purposes by Absolio. They are retained only to support message delivery, delivery analytics, abuse prevention, and unsubscribe enforcement.

Unsubscribe and Suppression Handling

Absolio generates unsubscribe or suppression tokens to process opt-out requests in a verifiable way. When a recipient unsubscribes, that decision is recorded and used to block future sends to that address where the suppression applies.

Suppression data is stored specifically to prevent unwanted follow-up email and to support compliance obligations. This data is not used as a separate commercial mailing list.

Security and Retention

We apply reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect stored email data, delivery records, and unsubscribe status from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain suppression records that protect recipients from further unwanted email.

Service Providers and Legal Requests

Absolio may rely on infrastructure, hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers that process data on our behalf in order to operate the service.

We may use complaint reports, abuse signals, and related operational records to investigate misuse, enforce sending restrictions, and protect recipients and the service.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the security of the service, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
