Terms of Service

Absolio provides tools for sending, routing, and tracking product and transactional email. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only in ways that comply with applicable email, privacy, and anti-spam rules.

You are responsible for the content you send, the recipient lists you provide, and the legal basis you rely on to contact those recipients.

You must not use Absolio to send spam, deceptive messages, phishing content, malware, unauthorized bulk campaigns, or content that violates law or third-party rights.

You must maintain accurate sender identity information and honor opt-out, suppression, and consent-related obligations connected to your use case.

Absolio may issue tokens, suppression identifiers, or similar controls to process unsubscribe requests and protect recipients from additional unwanted messages.

If a recipient has been marked unsubscribed or suppressed through the service, that recipient may not be emailed again through the affected sending flow unless a valid legal and operational basis exists and the suppression is properly cleared.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including pricing, features, limits, or technical requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, infrastructure issues, abuse prevention, or service upgrades.

Absolio may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe your use creates security risk, legal exposure, delivery abuse, recipient harm, excessive complaints, or violations of these terms.

If recipients, mailbox providers, or partners report your sending behavior as abusive, misleading, or unwanted, we may investigate and block further sending activity through the service.

We may take protective action at any time to preserve platform integrity, recipient safety, and compliance posture.
